GS AgriFuels to develop former NextGen project

GS AgriFuels Corporation (GSAF) announced in January that it has signed an agreement with a subsidiary of Homeland Energy Biofuels LLC (HEB) to form GS Fulton Biodiesel LLC. The newly formed partnership will construct a 10 MMgy biodiesel plant in Fulton, N.Y.-the first for the state-and production is scheduled for mid-2007. The plant was formerly a project between HEB and NextGen Fuel Inc., but it traded hands when GSAF acquired NextGen Fuel in November 2006.
