Palmer leaves NCGA, joins ASA

Mark Palmer, former National Corn Growers Association (NCGA) director of public policy, has joined Gordley Associates as an American Soybean Association (ASA) biodiesel lobbyist. The change was effective March 22.

At Gordley Associates, Palmer will lobby on behalf of biodiesel, bio-based products, conservation and transportation issues. With the NCGA, Palmer worked on ethanol issues, including the Energy Policy Act, the Clean Air Act and the Renewable Fuels Standard.
