Qualisoy appoints 2006 positions

Qualisoy, a soybean industry collaboration that markets soybeans for healthier, more functional products, named members of its 2006 board of directors and executive committee in late February.

At the board's meeting in Minneapolis, Chairman Jim Sutter welcomed new board members Todd Allen, David Schmidt and Philip Bradshaw of the United Soybean Board, John Jansen of Bunge Oils and Rob York of ACH Foods. Jim Bowman of Monsanto took the place previously held by colleague Kerry Preete, who assumed a new role within the company.

Then, the board of directors named its 2006 executive committee, consisting of Sutter of Cargill; Bowman; Ike Boudreaux and John Becherer of the United Soybean Board; and Dennis Byron of Pioneer Hi-Bred International Inc.
