Speak up and let your biodiesel expertise be known

The U.S. biodiesel sector is coming off its greatest year yet and there are so many stories to tell. Consider telling yours by submitting a speaker abstract for the 2017 National Advanced Biofuels Conference & Expo June 19-21 in Minneapolis.

The U.S. biodiesel sector is coming off its greatest year yet and there are so many stories to tell, techniques to share, services to provide, updates to convey, insights to communicate and prospects to consider, and the National Advanced Biofuels Conference & Expo—co-located with the International Fuel Ethanol Workshop—is a great platform to do that.

Last year in Milwaukee at the National Advanced Biofuels Conference & Expo I had the pleasure of moderating several informative biodiesel and advanced biofuel-related sessions. Not only did I moderate these panels, but months before I helped solicit speaker abstracts and develop the sessions.

From the speakers at the event, I learned of new biodiesel technologies, business deals, market updates, and project developments, much of which gained exposure in BBI International’s online and print media platforms. Furthermore, the offline conversations with industry experts, friends and colleagues were inspiring and uplifting.

I am telling you this because BBI International, the publisher of Biodiesel Magazine, is once again seeking biodiesel abstracts for the 2017 National Advanced Biofuels Conference & Expo to be held in Minneapolis June 19-21. We want to develop strong biodiesel content and need industry experts like you to help do that.

In order to gather a healthy mix of biofuel producers in attendance, BBI International is offering two free passes for each biodiesel production facility, with additional passes available for producers at a significantly reduced rate.

Again, I will be deeply involved in developing this year’s biodiesel-related content for the event, and I am sincerely looking forward to reviewing the abstracts you submit. The deadline is Feb. 24. Give it some thought, submit your abstract here and let your biodiesel expertise be known to the broader industry.
