Hawaii Electric biofuel contract denied by utility commission The Public Utilities Commission in the state of Hawaii has denied a request set forth by the Hawaii Electric Co. 	SunPower Biodiesel opens new biodiesel station in Minn. The addition of the new 12,000-gallon fuel station in Duluth has been well-received by diesel drivers.
