Northcore intends to buy Blue Horizon renewable diesel demo plant Northcore Technologies Inc. announced the signing of a letter of intent with Cielo Gold Corp. to purchase certain assets that include the Blue Horizon demo plant and related technology. Recent LCFS court ruling won't have much impact on biodiesel The ruling set aside CARB's deferment of formulating NOx mitigation measures, if NOx increases from biodiesel are shown to exist.
