Minn. Dept. of Ag says state is ready to implement B10 mandate


The Minnesota Soybean Growers Association has voiced its support for a recommendation by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture to move the state to a 10 percent biodiesel inclusion rate in every gallon of diesel sold in Minnesota, up from B5.

BDI-BioEnergy Int'l lands US, UK biodiesel plant retrofit jobs


Austria-based BDI-BioEnergy International AG has been commissioned to perform two retrofit applications at existing biodiesel plants, one in the U.S. (Atlanta) and the other in the U.K. The value of the jobs is estimated at more than $540,000.
