Senate passes tax extenders; biodiesel credit to be reinstated The U.S. Senate passed the tax extenders package that the House passed earlier this month, which includes the $1 per gallon biodiesel tax credit. 	ASTM approves spec for heating oil with 6 to 20 percent biodiesel The updated ASTM D396 Standard Specification for Fuel Oils with the new grade for blends of 6 to 20 percent biodiesel will be finalized and published by ASTM for public use after the usual ASTM review and editing process.
