REG Q1 report 'reflects challenging market conditions,' Oh says


Renewable Energy Group Inc.'s Q1 revenues were $230.9 million. REG sold 26.6 percent more gallons of biomass-based diesel compared to Q1 2014, while revenues were up by 5.4 percent. Adjusted EBITDA was -$30.2 million, down considerably from Q1 2014.

3 brothers plead guilty to $145 million e-Biofuels RIN fraud scam


Chad Ducey, 39, of Fishers, Indiana, pleaded guilty April 28 for his role in a multistate scheme to defraud biodiesel buyers and U.S. taxpayers by fraudulently selling biodiesel incentives. His two brothers, Chris and Craig, pleaded guilty last week.

Aemetis launches India Biodiesel Manufacturers Association
