Another sentencing in Las Vegas for int'l biodiesel fraud scheme Alex Jariv was sentenced Sept. 25 in federal court to 30 months in prison and three years of supervised release for his role in illegal schemes to generate and sell fake biodiesel credits. CARB affirms biodiesel as lowest-carbon fuel in revised LCFS The California Air Resources Board finalized the state's revised low carbon fuels standard Sept. 25.
