REG Q3 numbers reflect tough energy, commodity market conditions


The largest U.S. biodiesel producer reports its Q3 financials. REG produced and sold more biodiesel in Q3 2015 than in Q3 2014, but its adjusted EBITDA was -$10 million vs. $11 million in Q3 2014, without any adjustment for the tax credit.

BDI-designed Croatian biodiesel plant may get EIB investment


The European Investment Bank is considering investing 38 million euros in Biom d.o.o.'s 100,000-ton multifeedstock biodiesel plant in Croatia, to be built by Austria-based BDI-BioEnergy International. The total project cost is 50 million euros.
