Aemetis, BP Singapore sign 3-year biodiesel supply contract


California-based Aemetis Inc. announced that its Universal Biofuels subsidiary in India has signed a three-year biofuels supply agreement with BP Singapore Pte Ltd., the regional trading arm of BP Plc, which has an expanding biofuels portfolio.

REG sells 25 percent more fuel in Q1 vs. same period last year


In its Q1 2017 financial results, Renewable Energy Group Inc. reports its revenues were $418.9 million on 122.1 million gallons of fuel sold. This is 24.6 percent more gallons compared to Q1 2016, resulting in an increase in revenue of 40.6 percent.

SunPower Biodiesel plant, retail stations to be auctioned off


An auction will be held mid-June that includes a 3 MMgy biodiesel plant and equipment, and other related items. Maas Companies will be holding the auction June 15 at 10 a.m. at the former SunPower Biodiesel LLC site in Cumberland, Wisconsin.
