USDA seeks applications for advanced biofuel payment program The USDA’s Rural Business Cooperative Service published a notice on Dec. 18 seeking applications from biofuel producers under the Bioenergy Program for Advanced Biofuels, which provides quarterly payments to producers of qualified advanced biofuels. City of Boston contracts REG partner Broco Oil for Bioheat Broco Oil has been contracted to provide biodiesel-blended heating oil for use in Boston’s city-owned buildings, including firehouses, police stations and other municipal facilities.
