Wilks Enterprise Inc. is offering a new, versatile infrared spectrometer (IR) when spectral, quantitative or qualitative analyses of biodiesel are needed in the field or at/near line use, or wherever it's impractical to use more cumbersome instrumentation. The InfraSpec Variable Filter Array (VFA) IR Spectrometer has a wide range of applications, including measuring the percentage of biodiesel present in blends, from a half percent to 100 percent biodiesel with 0.05 percent accuracy.
