Whitehead returns to NBB

The National Biodiesel Board (NBB) welcomes back Doug Whitehead, a past staff member of the NBB. Whitehead is on contract in a project manager role coordinating the www.AllThingsBiodiesel.com Web site for the NBB. He will become more involved with state regulatory affairs in the coming months.

In his original role with the NBB, Whitehead managed the regulatory program statewide and nationally. He has a broad Internet, marketing, consulting and government-relations career history. Whitehead is the cofounder, and principal and CEO of Compass Consulting LLC. Compass Consulting is a multi-discipline consulting firm focused on government-solutions consulting, and educational and comprehensive business management consulting.
