Safe Renewables Corp. purchases Austin Biofuels LLC

After working together for the past few years, Safe Renewables Corp. (SRC), a biodiesel producer and marketer, announced in December that it had acquired Austin Biofuels LLC, a Texas-based biodiesel marketer, for an undisclosed price. Now SRC will handle all of Austin Biofuels' marketing and retail distribution operations. In addition, Austin Biofuels' founders and principals Jeff Plowman, Kurt Lyell and Robby Plenge were scheduled to join the SRC sales and marketing team in December.
