ORCAS provides service to small-scale biodiesel producers

The Oak Ridge, Tenn.-based Oak Ridge Center for Advanced Studies (ORCAS), an economic development organization endorsed by the state, has created a Web site for individuals looking to pursue small-scale biodiesel business ventures. According to ORCAS Director Paul Gilman, the newly created Web site features information including how to make biodiesel, how to properly interact with the Internal Revenue Service and other helpful links for users to follow. The Web site can be found at http://orcas.orau.org/resources/biodiesel.
