ERI Solutions, Lee Enterprises Consulting form strategic alliance
Lee Enterprises Consulting is pleased to announce the formation of a strategic alliance with ERI Solutions Inc., the leading provider of environmental, health and safety services in the renewable fuels industry. Lee Enterprises Consulting is the world’s largest alternative fuels consulting group with 22 consultants and nine strategic partners and alliances.
“We always strive to make certain that any strategic alliance or consultant we add is necessary to our core business and are the best around,” said Wayne Lee, principal owner of Lee Enterprises Consulting. “ERI Solutions certainly fits these criteria and is a welcome addition as our practice continues to expand into a variety of renewable fuels.”
Lee said ERI Solutions began in the ethanol sector, a more mature industry than biodiesel. “ERI Solutions has been providing environmental health and safety related services to a large number of the ethanol plants for quite some time, which has proven to provide a great deal of value in controlling losses and EPA and OSHA compliance,” Lee said. “The biodiesel industry has matured to the point that we are seeing more government involvement in inspections and compliance matters.” He added that the industry is ready for the level of service that ERI Solutions brings to the table.
“Lee Enterprises Consulting is the premiere alternative fuels consulting group and has put together a very impressive group of consultants and strategic alliances in the renewable fuels industry,” said Nathan Vander Griend, ERI Solutions’ vice president of client services. “We are very pleased to become their strategic alliance for environmental health and safety matters.”
Vander Griend noted that ERI Solutions works with more than 80 biofuel and 40 agribusiness facilities in the United States, representing a large share of the market. “With Lee Enterprises Consulting’s move into many different renewable fuels, and the biodiesel industry’s growth over the past year, it was a natural move for us to become strategically aligned with Wayne’s group.”
