CHS, U.S. BioEnergy form new marketing company

CHS Inc. and U.S. BioEnergy announced in April joint ownership of a biodiesel and ethanol marketing company. The joint marketing venture is named Renewable Fuels Wholesale Marketing, according to CHS spokeswoman Lani Jordan. John Litterio will serve as director, and Scott Swanson is the marketing manager.
CHS, an energy and grain-based foods company, became a shareholder of U.S. BioEnergy in November 2005, Jordan said. U.S. BioEnergy is an ethanol production and management company headquartered in Brookings, S.D.
