Consolidated Biofuels completes merger

Colorado-based Consolidated Biofuels, a renewable fuels company, completed a merger with its Texas-based operations in late 2005 and became
incorporated. "We will now focus on making our construction and acquisition strategy, which is designed to create a strong growth rate," said Christopher Sharon, president and CEO of Consolidated Biofuels. The company is planning to build and operate a 30 MMgy biodiesel facility in Mason City, Iowa, with a goal to operate six plants in the next four years.
