CPM buys Crown Iron Works

Oilseed extraction technology company Crown Iron Works (CIW) has been sold to California Pellet Mill (CPM), according to a CIW representative. Although the sale has been in the works for more than a month, CIW had declined to confirm the identity of its buyer.
According to a CWI press release, the transaction includes Europa Crown Limited based in Hull, England, and majority joint venture interest in Crown Friendship Engineering Company based in Wuhan, China. Crown Iron Works will continue operations at its current locations.
