A week after Kory Teneycke resigned as its executive director to assume a political position in Canada's Conservative government, the Canadian Renewable Fuels Association (CRFA) named Gordon Quaiattini as its president. Although Quaiattini's title is different than Teneycke's, CRFA Chairman Bliss Baker confirmed that Quaiattini will replace Teneycke.

The CRFA did not confirm a start date for Quaiattini and had announced earlier that Teneycke plans to leave at the end of October.
