TCF aims to bolster America’s energy competitiveness and security by accelerating commercialization and shepherding critical energy technologies from the lab to the market, where the private sector will continue to innovate. DOE’s OTT administers the TCF in collaboration with DOE program offices and plays a vital role in strengthening DOE’s commercialization partnerships.
