Dotty Hayes appointed to Range Fuels' Board of Directors

Range Fuels Inc. has named Dotty Hayes to its board of directors. Hayes, who is currently vice president of internal audit at business and personal finance software company Intuit, has more than 30 years of diversified financial experience in global high technology firms.
"It is a privilege to be joining this team of technology leaders focused on solving such an important problem," Hayes said. "I am excited to have the opportunity to be part of growing this business."
Broomfield, Colo.-based Range Fuels is a company that uses innovative technology to produce cellulosic ethanol using plant matter, such as wood chips, paper pulp, olive pits, that can't be used for food, is sustainable, renewable and in excess supply.
"Dotty's diversified experience in financial audit and controls in the high-tech world will make her an excellent addition to our Board of Directors," said Range Fuels' CEO, Mitch Mandich. "Her expertise will facilitate our successful transition to a mature green energy company focused on the production of cellulosic ethanol."
Hayes has a master's degree in business administration from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and holds a master's degree in finance from Bentley College in Waltham, Mass.
