May 1, 2004

Rymes Propane and Oils received its first biodiesel shipment at its storage facility in Stratford in early April, making it the state's first distribution terminal, according to The Associated Press. The company will sell it wholesale and at five retail fueling stations in Keene, Peterborough, Antrim, Greenfield and Loudon. Rymes Propane and Oils President Rick Fleming said the company sells approximately 4,000 gallons per month. Rymes Propane and Oils is the second company in New Hampshire to sell biodiesel retail.
