Nanoforce incorporates Energy Farms

Nanotechnology company Nanoforce Inc. has announced the incorporation of alternative energy resource developer Energy Farms Inc. into its enterprises. In a company release, Nanoforce said it was interested in Energy Farm's intense research in utilizing micro-algae as a biomass feedstock for biodiesel production, which involves the cultivation and harvesting of small photosynthetic organisms in refinery waste. According to Lux Research, revenues from products using nanotechnology-the science of manipulating certain materials, devices and processes at atomic or molecular levels-will account for 15 percent of global manufacturing output by 2014.
