New Jersey's first biodiesel pump opens

Maplewood, N.J.-based Woolley Fuel Co. held a grand opening in December for New Jersey's first public retail bio-diesel pump. New Hampshire-based Sprague Energy Corp. will supply the B100, which will be stored in a tank donated by New York-based Roth Industries Inc. Indiana-based Thermo Products LLC donated a furnace to heat the B100, and the furnace will be powered by soy-based Bioheat heating oil. Local politicians attended the grand opening, which included a biodiesel transport delivery, according to Norman Woolley Jr., vice president of Woolley Fuel Co.
