International Coastal Biofuels Inc. signed a letter of intent in August to sell 100 percent of its biodiesel production to Eco-Energy Inc. in Franklin, Tenn. Eco-Energy has agreed to buy 30 MMgy of biodiesel from International Coastal Biofuels' proposed biodiesel plant in Wilmington, N.C., for three years beginning with the first day of production, and will be responsible for transportation and logistics.
