Neste Oil files patent infringement action against Dynamic Fuels Neste Oil filed a patent infringement action against Dynamic Fuels LLC, Syntroleum Corp. and Tyson Foods Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. 45 MMgy biodiesel plant in Welland, Ontario, nears completion Great Lakes Biodiesel Inc. has entered into the final stage of construction for its 170 million liter per year plant, which is located in Welland, Ontario, Canada.
