Darling Int'l announces Diamond Green Diesel begins production


The Diamond Green Diesel plant located in Louisiana, designed to produce 137 MMgy of renewable diesel, has reached mechanical completion, according to Darling International Inc., and the startup process will soon lead to full production.

Brazil biodiesel firm BSBios exports nation's first volumes to EU


Brazilian biodiesel producer BSBios, a joint venture between BSPAR and Petrobras Biofuel, has exported its, and Brazil's, first commercial shipment of biodiesel June 25, the company stated. A small 6,600 gallon load is headed to Rotterdam Harbor.
