US EPA's 2014 RFS volume draft proposal misses the boat


EPA's RFS proposal is under review by the Office of Management and Budget. Biodiesel Magazine confirms the early draft obtained stalls the biodiesel RVO at 1.28 billion gallons for 2014-15 while shrinking the '14 advanced RVO to 2.21 billion gallons.

Evonik opens new biodiesel catalyst plant in Argentina
