EPA: 2 additional SRE petitions filed, 69 now pending

The U.S. EPA released updated SRE data on Jan. 20, reporting that two additional SRE petitions have been filed under the RFS for compliance year 2020. A total of 69 SRE petitions are now pending, up from 67 that were pending as of mid-December.
