Canadian Renewable Fuels Association (CRFA) Executive Director Kory Teneycke will be leaving the CRFA to take on a new role with the Conservative government in Ottawa, Ontario, according to the association. Teneycke will remain with the CRFA through late October and assume his new role as director of the Conservation Resource Group Nov. 1.

"Kory was a big part of several milestone achievements for biofuels in Canada," CRFA Chairman Bliss Baker said. "Kory's insight, political judgment and incredible dedication were an invaluable asset for the industry. He will be missed."

Bliss said Teneycke's replacement would be named shortly after his departure.
