New entity to supply proposed plant in Illinois

September 1, 2006

Fulton Ethanol, a proposed ethanol plant in Fulton, Ill., has secured Agri-Bunge LLC as its exclusive supplier of corn. Agri-Bunge is the result of a recent joint venture between Agri Industries, a farmer-owned cooperative, and Bunge North America, a grain crusher and processor. The 108 MMgy ethanol plant will be built near an elevator operated by Agri-Bunge. In a separate agreement, Bunge will serve as the facility's marketer for ethanol and distillers grains. These agreements position Agri-Bunge as an investor in Fulton Ethanol. EP
