Oregon E10 RFS signed

In July, Oregon's Gov. Ted Kulongoski signed the Biofuels Bill into law, requiring E10 blends once the state's ethanol production hits 40 MMgy. The legislation also provides state income tax credits to producers of biofuel feedstocks, property tax exemptions in designated rural renewable energy development zones and income tax credits for consumers using biofuels.
