2017 IBCE opens call for presentation ideas

BBI International has announced its call for presentation ideas for the 2017 International Biomass Conference & Expo, taking place April 10-12 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Deadline to submit presentation ideas is Dec. 2.
Presentation ideas may be submitted in one of four tracks: Pellets & Densified Biomass; Biomass Power & Thermal; Biogas & Landfill Gas; Advanced Biofuels & Biobased Chemicals. Each presentation idea will be reviewed by a steering committee of qualified industry professionals by Dec. 12. The agenda for the 2017 International Biomass Conference will be posted online the week of Dec. 26.
“The International Biomass Conference & Expo has become an annual tradition for so many professionals in the broader biomass industry,” says Tim Portz, vice president of content at BBI International. “It provides one of the world’s best opportunities for people to share and highlight their expertise with a truly global conference audience.”
The 2017 International Biomass Conference & Expo program will include 30-plus panels and more than 100 speakers, including 90 technical presentations on topics ranging from anaerobic digestion and gasification to enhance pellet production and market analysis.

The International Biomass Conference & Expo is the largest, fastest-growing event of its kind. In 2017, the event is expected to draw nearly 1,100 attendees. The exhibit hall will feature more than 150 exhibitors, focusing on all facets of the growing biomass industry.
