North Dakota renewables group names chair

Jay Haley has been named new chairman of the North Dakota Renewable Energy Partnership (NDREP). He succeeds Jocie Iszler. NDREP promotes ethanol, biodiesel, wind and biomass energy production in North Dakota through development and expansion of renewable energy, and through support of state and federal legislation. The group, formed little over a year ago, is preparing its action plan leading up to the state's next legislative session.
