In early May, PowerShift Energy Company Inc., wholly owned by HTH Wind Energy Inc., announced the addition of Susan Westfall, the company's new vice president of marketing and human resources. Westfall comes to PowerShift from her own start-up company, Westfall Communications Inc., a marketing, communications and public relations firm serving renewable energy industries, among others. PowerShift is partnering with ReFuel America Inc., owned by NewGen Technologies Inc., in a joint-ventured 60 MMgy biodiesel project headquartered in Fairfield, Iowa. According to PowerShift, engineering has begun on-site, and construction of the facility is expected to start soon.
