REG earns certification, accolade

Renewable Energy Group Inc. (REG), which earned BQ-9000 certified marketer status from the National Biodiesel Accreditation Committee in late August, was ranked No. 200 in Inc. Magazine's list of the fastest-growing companies in the United States. REG, which has annual revenue of $178 million, was also ranked the seventh-fastest growing energy company on the list. "This is really exciting because we're the first biodiesel company ever listed there," said Alicia Clancy, REG spokeswoman.
