The Roundtable on Sustainable Biomaterials announced that its global members have voted to improve the organization’s principles and criteria.

The RSB standard, which is based on 12 principles and criteria that address universal sustainability issues, works to verify biomaterials are sourced ethically, sustainably and credibly.

The organization says its revised principles and criteria will provide users with streamlined requirements that are easier to follow.
