The 85-year-old fuel supplier, Taylor Oil Co. Inc., ventured into the biodiesel field just over two years ago, and has been looking to expand its presence in the renewable fuels marketplace ever since.

The passing of the federal JOBS bill remains an encompassing boon for the biodiesel industry, but state incentives ultimately provide strong influence over where biodiesel projects may geographically take root.
