2021 International Fuel Ethanol Workshop & Expo moves to July

BBI International has announced that the 2021 International Fuel Ethanol Workshop & Expo, the ethanol industry's largest conference, will be held July 13-15 in Minneapolis. The event was originally scheduled to be held in mid-June.
Legislation introduced in New Mexico on Jan. 19 aims to establish a Clean Fuel Standard within the state. The bill is supported by New Mexico Gov. Lujan Grisham, the Low Carbon Fuels Coalition, and the Biotechnology Innovation Organization.
“Achieving zero emissions from our products is becoming a higher priority for our customers, our communities, and our company,� said Wayne Eckerle of Cummins Inc. at the the 2021 National Biodiesel Conference & Expo.

Generally, U.S. biodiesel plants have managed the pandemic adeptly, keeping production online and people working. Most reported only moderate hits to their business operations, and many are investing in new technologies, right now, despite COVID-19.
