New Mexico will be the fourth state in the U.S. to pass a clean fuel standard.
Carbon Capture Magazine has announced the dates for the third annual National Carbon Capture Conference & Expo. The event will be held November 19-20, 2024, in Saint Paul, Minnesota, at the Saint Paul RiverCentre. The National Hydrogen Conference & Expo has been added to the conference as a co-located event. A call for abstracts is now open for both events through July 21st.
The Washington Department of Ecology on Dec. 18 published a notice announcing plans to update the state’s CFS regulations to align with legislation signed into law last year that aims to promote the production and use of SAF.
Phillips 66 has confirmed the renewables conversion of its refinery in Rodeo, California, is progressing on schedule with startup expected in Q1 2024. Once fully operational, the facility will have the capacity to produce 800 MMgy of renewable fuels.
Clean Fuels Alliance America announces the strategic addition of Cory-Ann Wind, the visionary leader behind Oregon’s groundbreaking Clean Fuel Program. Wind will assume the director of state regulatory affairs role beginning Jan. 8, 2024.
